Build friendships, be a role model, change a life Application and Background Check Form – Please fill out application and return it to: 2528 Mountain Rd., Ste 204, Pasadena, MD 21122 Minimum Commitment – Because we understand the importance of stable relationships with role models, we require a minimum commitment of one hour per week for 12 weeks for volunteers working directly with our youth.
