Evolve KidsCare

A dedicated team working to remove childcare as a barrier to recovery—so families can focus on healing while their children are cared for in safe, supportive environments.

At Evolve KidsCare, our diverse, talented staff is one of our biggest strengths.  Our employees come from all backgrounds and walks of life and bring their rich experiences to the work they do and care they provide each and every day.  Our organization empowers our employees to make a difference and grow… both professionally and personally.

Leadership

With decades of proven experience, our team is prepared to help you achieve your goals, and beyond.

Arielle has a degree in elementary and special education and has been teaching in Baltimore City Public Schools for six years. She has a passion for working with children and being able to create the best program to meet all their individual needs. Arielle is in long-term recovery and knows that recovery must come first in order to have all the blessings that come with it. Arielle said, “I am so excited to be able to give parents the peace of mind that their children will be cared for and thriving so that they can focus that time into their own recovery”.Fun fact: I am fluent in Russian

Michelle serves as Program Coordinator at Evolve KidsCare, supporting program operations, staff, and site coordination. With a background in the addiction treatment field, she is passionate about supporting children and families in recovery and creating safe, consistent environments for every child we serve.

Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, governance, and guidance to support the continued growth and sustainability of Evolve KidsCare.

Sara founded Evolve KidsCare with a deep passion for supporting children and families impacted by addiction. With a lifelong background in childcare and as a
mother of five, she has seen firsthand the challenges families face in recovery.
She also brings leadership experience in the addiction treatment field, allowing her to bridge gaps in support services for parents and children. Sara is committed to creating safe, nurturing environments where families can heal and thrive together.

Chris serves as Vice President of Evolve KidsCare and brings both lived experience and professional insight to his role. As a father in long term recovery,
he understands the challenges parents face when balancing recovery and childcare. With a background in the addiction treatment field, Chris is passionate
about expanding support services that allow families to fully engage in the recovery process.

Jackie brings over 30 years of accounting experience working with organizations
of all sizes. She provides financial oversight and helps ensure strong stewardship
of resources at Evolve KidsCare. Jackie is also passionate about supporting
children and families and is committed to advancing the organization’s mission.
